Open Science and Open Education in practice - Dr. Giovanni Pizzi, EPFL

Dr. Giovanni Pizzi, Senior Scientist, Laboratory of theory and simulation of materials, EPFL 

Dr Pizzi will show how they accelerate materials discovery via their Open Science infrastructure (AiiDA and Materials Cloud) with the example of computational high-throughput discovery of novel 2D materials. He will then discuss how research results can be disseminated interactively also for education via the OSSCAR platform.
