What is the InnoForum?
The InnoForum is a new event series created by sitem-insel AG. It is dedicated to the sitem-insel platforms and to innovation. It will be launched in May 2020.
Over the past year, the various platforms have gradually moved into the new sitem-insel building. To welcome all the platforms, onboard everyone and get to know each other, the famous Meet & Greet event series was created. Now that all the platforms have moved in, the remit of this series has come to an end, and hence this series has been terminated.
Over time, the need for interaction between the platforms and their stakeholders has evolved, which resulted in the creation of the InnoForum.
Features of the Innoforum
The purpose of the new event series is the presentation of the platforms and their innovations, the exchange between platforms and stakeholders, and finally, networking and matchmaking.
During an initial phase, the platforms will present themselves in turns, 2 platforms at a time. It is likely that this phase will take approximately a year before all platforms have had the opportunity to presented themselves.
Afterwards, the platforms will present their innovations to different professional and public audiences and exchange with them.
When will the InnoForum take place?
Every second Thursday of the month.

Timing and schedule for all InnoForum events
The events start at 5 pm and end at 7 pm (at 6 pm for digital only events)
1-hour presentation: 30 minutes per platform
1-hour networking and Apéro (not for digital events)
Invitation and Communication
The sitem Community will be invited by sitem-insel and each event will be announced via sitem’s event calendar on its website, its LinkedIn and Facebook account, the event calendar of the University of Berne and the intranet event calendar of the Inselspital.
Presenting platforms are invited to also announce the event via their own communication network.
Registration for all attendees (in-house and external) is mandatory.
Each event will be announced separately and provide the necessary details for registration.
